Finally beat procrastination.

Put $100$150$200$250$500 cash on the line.

You get 21 days to earn it back.

F*ck it up and it's gone.

Not to charity. Not to a friend.
Just gone.

Which one will you be?

You never know which days have rewards until the next day. So every day matters.

Three rules. That's it.

01

Put money on the line.

$100 to $250. Pick what would sting to lose.

02

Show up every day.

We verify through Strava, Apple Health, GitHub—or a simple photo. No honor system.

03

Check back tomorrow.

Each day you complete might be a reward day. You'll find out the next morning. Complete it? That money's yours again. Skip it? Gone.

The catch: You'll never know which days have rewards. Or how much they're worth. So every day matters.

Questions?

How It Works

We integrate with platforms you already use: Strava for running, cycling, or gym workouts; Apple Health for meditation, steps, or health activities; GitHub for coding or shipping commits; and photo verification for everything else (reading, writing, etc.). You'll submit proof each day. We check it. Simple as that.

The next morning. Complete your habit today, wake up tomorrow and find out if you earned money back. This is intentional. If you knew which days had rewards, you'd game the system. Every day has to matter.

You forfeit any reward from that day. No exceptions. We know this sounds harsh. But accountability without teeth isn't accountability—it's a suggestion. The whole point is that missing a day costs you, regardless of the reason. If you're not ready for that level of commitment, don't lock in yet.

Nope. You pick your habit, you lock in your money, and that's your commitment for 21 days. If you could change it, you'd switch to something easier the moment it got hard. That defeats the purpose.

You can start a new 21-day commitment with the same habit or pick a different one. Some people go again immediately. Others take a break. There's no streak system or pressure to continue. Each round stands on its own.

Your "day" starts and ends at midnight in whatever timezone you're in when you lock in. If you travel, the timezone doesn't change mid-commitment.

About the Money

It becomes revenue of Locked In. Permanently. Not donated to charity (you'd feel good about that). Not given to a friend (that's just moving money around). Not held for your next attempt. It goes to Locked In as payment for the accountability service. That's the whole point—loss has to be real to create real accountability.

Pick an amount that would genuinely sting to lose, but wouldn't ruin your month. For most people, that's somewhere between $100-$250. If losing $100 wouldn't bother you, go higher. If $100 would stress you out, maybe you're not ready yet. The sweet spot is "uncomfortable but not catastrophic."

Only if you hit reward days. You lock in money (e.g., $250), and each day you complete might have a reward (could be $15, could be $35). You don't know which days have rewards until the next morning. If you complete all 21 days perfectly, you'll earn back most (or all) of your money. If you miss even one day, you forfeit that day's potential reward. Complete the challenge = you earn money back. Fail = you lose it.

Yes. We use Stripe for all payments. We never see or store your credit card details. Your money is held in a secure escrow-like system until the 21 days are complete.

Credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay via Stripe. We don't accept PayPal, Venmo, crypto, or IOUs.

Habits & Tracking

Anything you can prove you did: Physical (run 3 miles, hit the gym, do yoga), Creative (write 500 words, post on TikTok, publish a blog), Professional (ship code, make sales calls, practice a skill), Health (meditate 10 minutes, no alcohol, sleep 7+ hours), or Learning (read 30 minutes, practice an instrument, study a language). If you can verify it (via integration or photo), you can track it.

Yes, but each habit requires its own separate commitment and separate money locked in. You can't combine "run every day AND write every day" into one $250 stake. That's two separate challenges.

Use photo verification. Take a picture of your completed work (journal entry, finished book chapter, workout selfie, etc.) and submit it as proof. We review photo submissions to make sure they're legit. Don't try to game it—we'll catch you and you'll forfeit everything.

Very specific. "Exercise" is too vague. "Run at least 2 miles" is specific and measurable. "Be creative" means nothing. "Write 500 words" has clear success criteria. "Work on my business" could be anything. "Make 10 sales calls" is binary pass/fail. If we can't verify whether you did it or not, it's not specific enough.

Before You Start

No refunds. No cancellations. No "I changed my mind." Once you lock in, the money is committed. That's the entire point—you can't back out when it gets hard. We give you every chance to understand what you're signing up for before you commit. After that, it's on you.

No. A practice mode would just be another habit tracker app, and there are hundreds of those. They don't work because there are no real consequences. If you're not ready to put money on the line, you're not ready for Locked In. That said, you can start with the minimum ($100) if you want to test the waters.
